Millets have been a part of the Indian diet from very long time back, but got lost in the middle, and then now it's back again with a bang. Now there is a big awareness about the health benefits of millets and the grocery stores are loaded with them in all forms, we now get, millet rava, millet powder, millet sevai and other snacks using millets.
