Need To Have
- Baby Red Radish - 1 cup chopped
- Garlic - 1 clove chopped
- Cumin Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red Chilli Flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder - 1/8 teaspoon
- Curry Leaves - 4 or 5
Method
Heat some oil, add the cumin seeds, when it starts sizzling, add the garlic and saute till it turns golden. Then add the curry leaves, followed by the radish, turmeric powder, chilli flakes and salt. Reduce the heat, cover and cook for not more than 5 mins. Serve it warm.

Do not over cook it, the vegetable should retain its crunch.
You can also add some lima beans along with the radish.
